Historic HouseColor Consulting
Completed Projects - Dutch Colonial |

The owners of this 1920s Dutch Colonial Revival house in Interlaken , New Jersey desired
a light body color for their home
because of its heavily treed location. A
historic period yellow was selected. An off-white trip helped keep the look
fresh.

The color details were concentrated
on the porch area with a soft green and a brighter purple employed to focus
attention on the splendid architectural details. These colors gave the house
a crisp look evenin the full shade of summer.
