New Colonial House, Eaton Rapids, Michigan

The owners were interested in a "Classic" look for this Colonial Williamsburg inspired house on ten acres.  The family asked me to work with them to pick the roof, windows, siding and trim colors. An historically- matched soft green was chosen for the siding, a period off-white for the trim, and a bronze for the lower level.

By using a darker color on the exposed sides of the foundation the house is tied to the landscape without the "concrete basement" look.
