1925 Mediterranean Style

The owners of the wonderful Mediterranean bungalow wanted to highlight its hidden details and enhance the homes visual interest and curb appeal. They were after a “Stunning yet Elegant” effect. The body of the house was changed from a light blue to an historic period gray-green. This darker color emphasized the details, now painted in an off-white.  The former white window sashes were given a coat of mahogany paint and I recommended that the various concrete elements, porch, floor, steps and walkway be stained to complement the house colors. The overall effect now reflects the homes 1925 heritage..
